	Donations & Membership Information

Your $250 donation will cover the costs associated with the printing and postage of OBKF mailings. For this sponsorship, an individual or business will receive recognition on the monthly flyer, at an event, on this website, and on the year-end report. More importantly, your generous, tax-deductible donation will allow OBKF to fund some of the grants we're currently unable to finance.

OBKF is pleased to have been accepted into the State Employee's Federated Appeal (SEFA) again this year. If you, your family, or anyone you know is a state employee, you can contribute through the SEFA campaign directly out of your paycheck; no stamps or remembering to send your much-needed, and very much-appreciated donation to OBKF.

Contact your Human Resources Department or Benefits Division and ask for a SEFA form. You can direct your gift to OBKF by using our SEFA Agency Code Number: 50-474.

If you are not a state employee, you can still donate to OBKF directly through this website (see the JustGive.org section above), or your local United Way.

Member Survey

OBKF celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2007. OBKF is exploring alternatives to its operations. To that end, we are presenting our first member survey!

Please be assured, as always, that the provided information will be kept in the strictest confidence. It will not be shared with any other organization or agency. We are asking for this information solely to obtain your feedback regarding communication and donation options, volunteering, and future event planning.

We would like to remind you that your donation to OBKF establishes you a member. As a member you are eligible to become a member of the board. Most importantly, you are what makes OBKF what it is. Your opinions and input will help OBKF chart its future course. We are interested in having your candid feedback. So please take a moment to provide whatever information you would like to share with OBKF.
